We are now looking for a Client Specialist for our Corporate team in Gothenburg within Invoice Purchase. In this central role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong customer relationships, work strategically with financing and risk management, and contribute to Aros Kapital's continued growth.

Through personal service, strong presence, effective systems, and processes, we offer our customers products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises, including invoice purchases, business loans, property loans, and leasing. Aros also offers savings products through deposits for both individuals and companies. We focus on B2B – corporate financing and work dedicatedly to help businesses develop and realize their goals and dreams. Aros Kapital is a credit market company owned by Mellby Gård.
Today, Aros Kapital consists of about 100 employees operating from our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and London. The headquarters is located in Gothenburg. The corporate culture is characterized by professionalism, commitment, entrepreneurship, and collaboration.
About the role
As a Client Specialist, you will be a key player in managing and developing relationships with our existing customers. You will be part of the Corporate department and report to the Head of Factoring. The role is focused on our invoice purchase operations, where you are responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with customers in invoice purchases.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and develop long-term customer relationships through daily contact.
- Be responsible for your own portfolio of invoice purchase customers and ensure the right approach for the best possible outcome.
- Drive sales of Aros products to both new and existing customers.
- Conduct financial analyses to ensure sustainable business relationships. The work includes both new credit cases as well as reviews and extensions of existing commitments.
- Contribute to the development of the department's working methods, products, and processes.
This is a role for you who want to combine analysis and structure with business drive, where you become a strategic partner to our customers and contribute to Aros Kapital's long-term success.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in finance or similar. Previous experience in finance, banking, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not a requirement. A good understanding of Norwegian is also an advantage but not a requirement. In this recruitment process, we place great importance on your personal qualities.
